We have displayed unparalleled speed, feedback and accountability, whilst disillusioning betrayers of contract with deliberate exchanges where we implement into practice what most conveyancing firms can only project in theory, as idle threats.

David Benjamin Roberts directs Roberts Inc with no conformity or measure serving as a limitation, save for where obligatory and statutorily required.

David has successfully defended an accumulative sum in the billions of rands (in advances), and has successfully pursued an accumulative sum in the billions of rands (in claims). David further acts as private consultant to numerous high net-worth clients, primarily in the property field.

Persons and companies that have engaged David have echoed their unique experiences with him resolving issues that have been deemed impossible, simply by applying the company’s Mission Statement.

Ava Roberts - Chief Operations Officer

Ava Roberts

With over 35 years of experience in business and previously sitting on the board of directors of a company subsidiary to a JSE listed company, Ava scans Roberts Inc with a deepened 3D perception, provides her diagnosis of any internal financial or operational issues, and writes out a prescription on how to untie those knots, which is invaluable.

Luzaan Roberts

Public Relations

Luzaan previously held a 14-year position in corporate before joining Roberts Inc and assisting in our conveyancing department for a year. She has experience in the processes involved in the transfer of property.

With her humble, kind, friendly and professional nature, Luzaan is befitting to the Public Relations role and adds tangible value to the company. She is instrumental in maintaining and strengthening existing relationships, while forging new and exciting ones.

Luzaan collaborates well with the team members in addressing Roberts Incorporated’s clients’ needs on a daily basis. This includes accountability for service delivery and excellence from the Roberts Incorporated team.

Lizelle Van Dyk

Head of Finance

Lizelle’s goal, set by her own hand, is the health of the company. She is vigilant, caring, knowledgeable, driven (rare qualities in an accountant) and thorough. Lizelle’s duties spill over into Human Resources due to her corrective patterns and her compassion for people – a healthy balance for a delicate position.
